Salon policies will change beginning June 30th.

Until then, masks are required.

The Washington State board of Cosmetology and has released the following guidelines for mask wearing in the salon:

In accordance with Secretary of Health’s order 20-03.2 any person fully vaccinated may be in the salon without a mask. This includes clients and stylists.

It has, and will continue to be, our priority to provide the safest environment possible. We observe all sanitation and distancing requirements and ask that you continue waiting outside until your appointment time. If you arrive for your appointment without a mask, you are indicating that you are fully vaccinated and respecting these policies. Any client that prefers to wear a mask is welcome to do so.

 

Prior to your appointment, the state requires that we advise you of the following:

  • Client must self-screen for signs or symptoms of COVID-19. Reschedule if you are experiencing any symptoms at all. 

  • To minimize occupancy, clients are asked to wait in their car and check in via text or phone call. 

  • Masks: See above

  • We practice social distancing and encourage frequent hand washing.

 

Appointment Procedures:

  • Before: 48 hours prior to your appointment you will receive confirmation via text or email. Please confirm your appointment and self screen for symptoms. Call us to reschedule if you are not feeling well. 

  • Should you experience symptoms AFTER your visit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can take adequate precautions for ourselves and any other clients that may have been in the salon with you. 

A strict step by step process for cleaning and disinfection has been laid out by the State Board of Cosmetology and Dept. of L&I. We adhere to these guidelines between clients and at the end of the day. You may ask to see our written COVID-19 prevention plan.
